Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

We provide consulting, design, development and AI integration on a project or retainer basis. Deliverables, timelines and scope are defined in written proposals or statements of work (SOW).

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback & required assets.
• Ensure supplied content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Maintain necessary accounts/infrastructure access.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, final paid deliverables become the client's property. Internal tooling, libraries or methodologies remain our intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Non-public business information shared with us is treated as confidential and used only for fulfilling agreed services.

6. Payment

Invoices are due as specified (often 100% upfront, unless otherwise agreed). Late payments may pause work and incur administrative fees.

7. Limitations

No warranty for uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered software; we provide commercially reasonable effort within scope. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. Earned fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian and international commercial principles unless overridden by mandatory local law.

10. Changes

Updates will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
